Add products to the shopping cart, confirm your order and choose ESTO 3 as the payment method and digitally sign conveniently with Smart-ID, Mobile-ID solution or ID-card.

• If you pay the cost of your shopping cart in full and on time within three months, no additional fees will be added.
• The monthly fee is formed by dividing the cost of the shopping cart into three equal parts.
• All citizens of the Republic of Estonia aged 18-70 can apply for ESTO 3.
